Buransh Cottage sits within a quiet residential community, and we'd love for every guest to enjoy their stay while being considerate of the neighbours and the home itself. Here's what we ask.
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Do let us know if you need a different time and we'll try our best to accommodate it.
This is a living community, so we ask that there be no loud music, indoors or outdoors, after 8:00 PM. Thank you for helping us stay good neighbours.
Please use separate footwear for outside and inside the house, to keep the floors and rugs in good condition. Indoor slippers can be left at the door.
We hope you leave the house as you found it. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property requires extra attention beyond normal use.
We're unable to accommodate pets at this time. Thank you for understanding.
Space is available for up to 2 vehicles on the property.
Each room comfortably accommodates 2 adults and one child under 12. Please get in touch if your group needs a different arrangement.
Our caretaker can arrange meals during your stay at an additional charge — just let us know your preferences in advance.
Payments are to be made in advance to confirm your booking. Our cancellation policy will be shared closer to booking.
A refundable security deposit is required against any damage to the property. The amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Any daytime event or larger gathering beyond your registered group needs to be agreed with us in advance.
Visitors are welcome to drop by during your stay, but are not permitted to stay overnight.
Please get in touch with us in advance if you'd like to use the property for a commercial shoot, brand collaboration, or filming of any kind.
Smoking, vaping, hookah, and the like are not permitted inside the house. You're welcome to step outside — please dispose of any waste in the designated bins rather than around the property.
Alcohol is permitted. Guests are responsible for their own behaviour — we simply ask that everyone drink responsibly and be mindful of others staying at or living near the property.
We want every guest to feel welcome and safe. Ruckus, abusive language, or any form of misbehaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
These rules exist so that every guest, and our neighbours, can enjoy a peaceful stay. If anything is unclear or you have a special request, just reach out before you arrive — we're happy to help where we can.
